Indomie Jaffle

Ingredients

  1. 85g packet Indomie mi goreng noodles
  2. 1 cup shredded cheese
  3. Cherry tomatoes
  4. Baby spinach
  5. 4 slices bread 

Method
  1. Cook Indomie mi goreng noodles to a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and add seasoning, seasoning oil, soy and chilli sauce sachets.
  2. Toss hot noodles with shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach.
  3. Pile on top of 2 slices of bread. Sandwich with remaining slices of bread. Lightly butter both sides of bread.
  4. Toast in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
