Method
- Cook Indomie mi goreng noodles to a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and add seasoning, seasoning oil, soy and chilli sauce sachets.
- Toss hot noodles with shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Pile on top of 2 slices of bread. Sandwich with remaining slices of bread. Lightly butter both sides of bread.
- Toast in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
