Indomie Mini Cake
Ingredients:
1 pack | Indomie Soto Flavor |
1 | Salted Egg (cut into small pieces) |
4 tbsp | Cooking Oil |
2 | Eggs |
1 | Leek (sliced) |
2 | Red Chilli (sliced) |
1 | Cake Mold |
Method:
- Put Indomie Soto in boiling water for 3 minutes. Lift, drain. Set the seasonings aside.
- Cut the cooked noodles into small pieces.
- Mix the cut noodles into the egg mixture. Add Indomie seasonings.
- Heat the cake mold into medium heat.
- Pour the noodles little by little into each hole of the mold, add the salted egg pieces on the top. Cook until golden. Lift.
- Ready to serve.
