Indomie Pancake

Ingredients:

1 pack Indomie Mi Goreng
2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
2 pieces Red Chilli (sliced)
2 Eggs (whisked)
1 Leek (sliced)
2 tbsp Cooking Oil 

 

Method:

  1. Put Indomie Mi Goreng in boiling water for 3 minutes, lift, and drain.
  2. Put the cooked noodles, Indomie seasonings, garlic, chili and scallions into a bowl of whisked eggs. Mix.
  3. Heat the cooking oil, then add the Indomie pancake mixture.
  4. Cook until turn brown, lift, set aside, and cut into small slices.
  5. Serve with chili sauce.
