Indomie Quiche
Ingredients :
2 packets | Indomie Mi Goreng Hot&Spicy |
1 x 210 g4 | Can Salmon |
4 | Eggs |
600 ml | Milk (about 2.5 cups) |
1/4 cup | Self-raising Flour |
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 190 C. Spray a large flan/quiche baking dish with oil spray.
- Break the noodles into the flan dish so they make an even layer. Arrange the salmon evenly on top.
- Beat eggs. Add flour and all the noodle flavourings. Beat again. Pour this mix carefully over the salmon-noodles.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until quiche is golden brown.
- NOTE: A crustless quiche that only takes 5 ingredients - with just the right 'spicy kick' from the Indomie Noodle flavourings.
- Serve with salad. Makes 6 slices. Serves 3 - 4.
