Indomie Skewers


1 packet of Indomie Onion Chicken Flavor
2 sausages
300 ml of Cooking Oil
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Water
1/2 Carrot
1 Leek (sliced)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Chili Sauce


  1. Put Indomie Onion Chicken Flavor in boiling water for 3 minutes. Lift, drain. Set aside the seasonings.
  2. Pour the seasonings into a plate, stir well. Add the cooked noodles, stir until mixed.
  3. Stick each of the sausage with a skewer.
  4. Take 1 sausage stick and some noodles, roll the noodles around the sausage.
  5. Heat the cooking oil, pour 1 tablespoon of egg mixture, spread into the hot cooking oil, immediately insert the skewers containing sausage and noodles, roll until the egg fibers cover the surface of the sausage noodles.
  6. Serve with chili sauce and tomato sauce.
