Indomie Sushi

Ingredients :

2 packets of Indomie Mi Goreng
70 g mozarella cheese
40 g Avocado
80 g Kimchi
1 prawn roll
3 fresh salmon
1 paper of Nori (seaweed)


  1. Cook both packs of noodles at the same time, set it aside to cool.
  2. Add mozzarella cheese and hot water to keep the noodles from drying out, put in the microwave for 60 seconds to melt the cheese.
  3. Mix it well and place onto a sushi mat (cover with plastic beforehand).
  4. Spread evenly and add kimchi, avocado and prawn roll.
  5. Roll it nice and tightly.
  6. Cut into pieces, plate and serve with soy and wasabi to taste.
