Indomie Sushi
Ingredients :
2 packets | Indomie Mi Goreng |
70 g | Mozarella Cheese |
40 g | Avocado |
80 g | Kimchi |
1 | Prawn Roll |
3 | Fresh Salmon |
1 paper | Nori (seaweed) |
Preference | Wasabi |
Method:
- Cook both packs of noodles at the same time, set it aside to cool.
- Add mozzarella cheese and hot water to keep the noodles from drying out, put in the microwave for 60 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Mix it well and place onto a sushi mat (cover with plastic beforehand).
- Spread evenly and add kimchi, avocado and prawn roll.
- Roll it nice and tightly.
- Cut into pieces, plate and serve with soy and wasabi to taste.
